I work in collaboration with my clients to identify and build upon their strengths in order to work through life issues.I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe, accepted, and heard, while providing empathy and warmth within a therapeutic setting. I use cognitive behavioral techniques with clients to process thoughts and feelings, identify unhelpful thought patterns, and build skills and techniques to better navigate life stressors.
